Sara H. Leon
Sara is an equity shareholder in Powell & Leon, L.L.P, a law firm with a comprehensive focus on education law. Sara has practiced education law since 1990, with a particular emphasis on student rights, employment law issues, litigation, and public school finance matters. She earned her JD from University of Texas and her BA from Brown University. Sara is a member of the National Education Law Association, the School Law section of the State Bar of Texas, and an Advisory Member of the Austin Parks Foundation.

Alan J. Bojorquez
As principal at the Bojorquez Law Firm, PLLC, Alan serves as City Attorney or Special Counsel for several municipalities. Prior to going into private practice, Alan was Assistant General Counsel for TML. He earned his JD, MPA, and BA from Texas Tech. Alan is a member of the American Planning Association, International Municipal Lawyers Association and Texas City Attorney Association. He is author of the Texas Municipal Law & Procedure Manual. In 2000-2001, Alan guided 7 cities, 4 counties and a school district through the Redistricting Process.
